2. Pay and get writing Use our online guidance notes and template to start writing your document(s). You can pause and save at any point and come back to it later.
3. Use our specialist review Share your completed document with our specialists who’ll review it to make sure it’s error-free and ready for registration.
4. Print, sign, submit Submit your completed document(s) for registration, which will incur a fee payable to the registering office.
Registration fees You’ll need to pay a registration application fee for each power of attorney document and this is NOT included in our service. If the registering office rejects a document due to an error it charges a fee for resubmission.
